The HMAA-HC Hungarian Medical Association of America - Hungarian Chapter Association (headquarters: 7627 Pécs, Tátra utca 1; hereinafter referred to as "the Association"), Dr. Péter Kanizsai, President, and Dr. Gábor Horváth, Vice President, hereby inform the members of the Association that Saturday 9 March 2024, 18:00 convene a general meeting of the Association.
The place of the General Assembly:

Agenda of the General Assembly:
1. Financial status of the association, PAIGEO application
2. Status of Exchange applications by university
3. Website development status, plans
4. tasks of the organisers of the 2024 Congress
5. Student representatives' reports by university
6. Election of student representatives
7. Other
Within 5 days of receipt of the invitation to the General Assembly, the members and the bodies of the Association may ask the person who convened the General Assembly to add to the agenda, stating the reasons for the addition.
Each member has 1 vote at the General Assembly.
The resumed General Assembly shall have a quorum for the original agenda items, regardless of the number of participants.
If a member is unable to attend the meeting in person, he or she may - under the Statutes - may appoint another person to represent it. The proxy shall bring the power of attorney to the General Assembly.
