Ph.D hereby informs the members of the Association that 2023 Monday 3 July, 21:00

convene a general meeting of the Association.

Agenda of the General Assembly:

1. Election of the President, Vice-President and Secretary of the Association
2. Tasks of the organisers of the 2023 Balatonfüred Congress
3. Other

Within 5 days of receipt of the invitation to the General Assembly, the members and the bodies of the Association may ask the person who convened the General Assembly to add to the agenda, stating the reasons for the addition.

Each member has 1 vote at the General Assembly.

The resumed General Assembly shall have a quorum for the original agenda items, regardless of the number of participants.

If a member is unable to attend the General Assembly in person, he/she may, in accordance with the Statutes, appoint another person to represent him/her. The proxy must bring the power of attorney with him/her to the General Meeting.
