The President of the HMAA-HC Hungarian Medical Association of America - Hungarian Chapter Association (headquarters: 1124 Budapest, Fürj utca 14/D; hereinafter referred to as "Association"), Prof. Dr. Ákos Koller, hereby informs the members of the Association that

Agenda of the General Assembly:
1. The association's financial statement for 2021
2. events in 2021: Balatonfüred conference, World Medical Summit, Sarasota conference, HMAA-MIND lectures, student exchange programmes in Buffalo, Houston
3. PADME support
4. Election of the Treasurer, other positions
5. tasks of the organisers of the 2022 Balatonfüred Congress
6. Other

Within 5 days of receipt of the invitation to the General Assembly, the members and the bodies of the Association may ask the person who convened the General Assembly to add to the agenda, stating the reasons for the addition.

Each member has 1 vote at the General Assembly.

The resumed General Assembly shall have a quorum for the original agenda items, regardless of the number of participants.

If a member is unable to attend the General Assembly in person, he/she may, in accordance with the Statutes, appoint another person to represent him/her. The proxy must bring the power of attorney with him/her to the General Meeting.
